Do you have an uptime guarantee or SLA?
Yes. View it at http://www.neutrino.us/en-us/legal/sla/default.aspx.
Do you accept cheques?
Yes. Make cheques out to Neutrino Holdings AB. If you would like to do WU or bank transfer, please contact us. We DO NOT accept PayPal due to their horrible track record and bad decisions.
What is migration assistance?
We will help you get settled in and have your sites online.
Unlike many other providers, we can migrate sites that are not on cPanel, Directadmin, Plesk, H-Sphere, Helm, or any control panel at all.
Additionally, we can help you set up nginx, Pound, HAProxy, or any others for accelerated pageviews and file caching/resource usage lowering.

Dedicated server questions
What is the backup space included?
This is a network-based disk (accessible via iSCSI, rsync) running in RAID10 for you to back up data from your dedicated server.
Please note that this does not mean that your disk is automatically backed up: you must schedule your rsyncs, etc.
This service is only accessible from the Neutrino private network and cannot be accessed without going through your server.
This is not a replacement for proper backups: you should do a full rsync to an external backup service or download full hard drive images occasionally.

VPS/VDS questions
What is the difference between storage and high performance disk?
In short: storage is RAID5, normal SATA disk drives for mass storage and other files.
High performance disk is 15K RPM SAS in RAID10 for fast operations. You can place your operating system and databases and such on this disk (mounted as /fast).

What is swap or burst memory?
We use Xen, therefore you will get swap, not burstable RAM.
Your swapfile is on an independent disk system running in RAID10: if other users pound their swapfile, normal disk I/O won't be affected.

How do you allocate processor?
Each VM gets a dedicated Intel Xeon E5540 core (or more). We do not do equal share.
