- 5 usable IPv4 addresses, additional ones will be routed on request
- 100% power and network no-bull SLA (this doesn't count if you mess up your own server)
- 3 hours of remote hands time during business hours, 10 minute increments
- Connecting a KVM, reboots, and basic things like hard resets are free
- Burning a CD/inserting or ejecting a CD is free
- Additional remote hands and eyes are billed $60/h during business hours, 10 minute increments

The small print:
If you abuse support on an unmanaged plan and ask nonsense or extremely dumb questions, we reserve the right to terminate your server at any time.
The customer/provider relationship goes both ways.
If you are terminated for misusing the helpdesk, you will be provided 1 week notice and assistance in finding a fully managed host.
